Service information

We are a long established firm of solicitors offering a range of legal services for business and private clients. We act for clients nationally and locally across south west London.

We have an established reputation for a consistent, reliable and efficient service delivering high quality results for our clients. Our services for business and private matters are delivered personally whether to corporates or individuals and in every case our client’s interests always come first. We maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Our aim is to clarify complicated situations and explain legal implications stripped of process and jargon.  Our advice is delivered in clear straightforward terms.

We will explain how we can work together most effectively in order to keep costs to a minimum and give cost estimates for each assignment.

      We do not:

      • sell services that are not necessary or relevant to your requirements
      • use unqualified ‘consultants’ with ‘sales targets’ to meet
      • sell your details to a third party
      • carry out work that is not necessary
      • pay or receive referral fees

You are welcome to meet us for a no-obligation chat, send a message via the tool on our web site or we can arrange to visit you.  Just contact us and we will find a time that is convenient.  We will answer your questions and make sure we meet your expectations.

      BUDGETING FOR COSTS

We will provide an estimate of costs to suit each case and situation. Whilst the fee indications here are a guide reliance can only be placed on the estimate we give you once we have considered details of your matter.

For some types of case there are rules and procedures that need to be followed but in others to save costs it may be possible for us to divide responsibilities and assist you in part of the work rather than all.  Whenever a matter relies on other people or is a transaction linked to other matters, no one can guarantee the time your case will take to conclude.

      KEEPING YOU INFORMED

We set out for you the process to be followed to ensure a proper standard for work we undertake in relation to conveyancing, probate and administration, and employment tribunals.  We will tell you what you can expect to happen and when and we will keep you informed along the way.

      WHAT TO EXPECT

We set out the process involved in your work and the timelines to enable you to achieve your goals and objectives.

We give a professional personal service and work to quality standards and successful outcomes with objectives for

      We provide:

ACCESS – enabling you to make decisions that resolve issues and plan for the future whether this requires strategic planning, dispute resolution or managing transactions.  We will signpost the journey for you and keep you informed of progress.

ADVICE – ensuring we understand the challenges you face and working with you to decide what options are available and the benefit and cost of each option. Every matter will involve moments of decision-making that may need advice.

ACTION – managing transactions and delivering to agreed timescales.

      WHAT WE NEED

      • Instructions on what you want and expect
      • You ask us anything you want to know or do not understand
      • You ask us to explain if you are feeling unsure or need further help

We recognise that the legal process can be uncertain and may require unfamiliar decisions with risks of potential conflict or disputes with other people. We aim to give reassurance that matters are progressing and flag to you when there is work that requires your input on documents or actions that you should take.
