About Us

Kagan Moss has a long and proud history as an established firm of solicitors. But as a firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority we have now closed to new business. We have been delivering in our area and across the country for over 50 years and providing high standards of personal and individual service.

Kagan Moss Solicitors has provided advice in transactional services for small businesses, individuals and institutions to a  wide range of professional firms, executors, trusts, family clients including elderly, single and retired clients located in Greater London and beyond.

The partners have decided to join Altermans Solicitors  Limited (SRA registration number 620404) as consultants.  We have developed a working relationship for  number of years and believe this change will enable services to be maintained for our clients at the same high standard into the future.

(covering company and employment advice and disputes, and regulatory law for solicitors and estate agents). From Altermans Solicitors Limited we can assist and deliver value for new business:

      • We meet and deal with our clients face to face and in a straightforward way
      • We provide independent advice.
      • We bring focus and effort to achieve the right solution in your time frame
      • We bring understanding to problems and work to achieve good results
      • We act with integrity and deliver work to high standards to meet high service levels
      • We do not pay any referral or introduction fees and give clear and transparent information about fees and expenses
      • We respond to complaints and consider feedback to improve our service

We are aware of the modern trend to deliver services so far as possible on line and we respond to that demand. However we are aware and draw attention to the increased risk of fraud – particularly in property transactions – if confidential information is not managed personally or face to face. We take steps to minimise risk and expect that also from our clients.
